At the comfort of your own home, at work, on the beach. You can take your yoga and my classes wherever you feel comfortable :D

Beginner friendly classes to advanced classes, this is for you :)

• Each week a new class!
• Regular styles include Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Hatha Yoga
• Once per month an exclusive Yoga Class Special (e.g. Moon Yoga, AyurYoga for women, Chakra Yoga, Tarot Cards inspired Yoga, meditation, pose breakdowns, breathing exercises)
• Classes ranging from 15 - 30 - 60 to 80 minutes
• Husky Zorra may be around during some classes :D
• In Summer videos will as well be recorded outdoors on different locations and in different countries.
• Online Live Q & A each month
• Open to suggestions for new classes
