Full Moon Yoga Class Full Tree Moon 19th december 2021

On the 19th of December we have the Full Tree Moon in Gemini. In this class I will tell you in short what effects you may notice and how you can use this energy these coming weeks.

What can you expect in this class:

• Activation and awakening of your Moon center in shavasana or seated

• Yin Yoga

• Moon salutes for gratitude

• Final relaxation

Props you may want use:

• Blanket

• Bolster and/or meditation pillow

• Thin cushions for padding your feet or knees
